OUR HISTORY

My dad was a great wine connaisseur and passionate collector. My initiation to wine started very early with him : i was 8 years old ! Today, i’ve been in the wine business for over 20 years. I graduated in political science and international history in Boston university (class of 1996). After my graduation and a long backpacking trip, i moved to california and start working for a french wine shop called “Du Vin, Wine&Spirit” in Hollywood. I learned the job there for almost 2 years. I went back in France for personnal reasons and became the business director of the prestigeous Mas de Daumas Gassac in Aniane. I spent 4 great years there for the Guibert Family, developing the french market (25 wine fairs per years). I created my own wine agency, La Capilla, in 2002 in Montpellier. We are exclusive agent for 15 beautiful winemakers and we do trade with 50 other great properties in France, Spain, Italy, Portugal … and Japan (i’m a certified sake sommelier). We distribute our wines to over 100 restaurants, wine bars, wine shops, busnisses and private clients in Montpellier, Nîmes, the island of Porquerolles, Barcelona, Ibiza and Paris.

We brew our own craft beer call 4Quarantes. We are also an Art gallery.
